These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Reservr, a calendar aggregation service operated by Atom Web Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Reservr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our service.

2. DEFINITIONS

"Service" refers to the Reservr application, website, and calendar aggregation platform.
"User," "you," or "your" refers to the individual or entity that has registered for and uses our Service.
"Content" refers to all information displayed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our Service.
"Third-Party Services" refers to calendar and booking platforms that can be integrated with our Service.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND LICENCE

Reservr is a SaaS platform that aggregates calendar data from other booking platforms and enables you to display this consolidated information on your website. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our Service for your business purposes.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew.

5.2 Refunds

Except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by law, all payments are non-refundable.

5.3 Changes to Fees

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees with at least 14 days' notice before the change takes effect.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable UK or international law or regulation
• Transmit any advertising or promotional material without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Introduce any malware or harmful material

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND INTEGRATIONS

By connecting to Third-Party Services, you authorise us to access and use your information from these services as permitted by their terms and your settings. We do not guarantee that integrations will always be available or function without interruptions.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Service and its original content remain the exclusive property of Atom Web Ltd and its licensors. You retain all rights to content you submit, but grant us a licence to use such content for providing the Service.

9. TERMINATION

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE 12-MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE ACT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atom Web Ltd from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect.
